We begin with the premise that hope is both real and necessary for improvement, restoration, or healing. Experiencing wholeness in life begins with the belief that wholeness is possible. This possibility fuels all the services we provide and the spirit in which they are offered
Each client is unique, and the therapeutic partnership is a continual focus on the client and their best outcomes. We beileve that each client is much more than the challenge or goal that brings them to therapy and we strongly embrace this conviction as we journey together
Questions lead to discovery, and we use earnest questions to better appreciate not only what may seem obvious, but what may not be so clear, yet very important as we work toward more authentic understanding and more satisfying outcomes
Partnering with you involves gaining a deep appreciation of your struggle, your goals, and all that may influence them. Being present with you in painful or difficult spaces as much as in comfortable ones is critical to us authentically supporting your journey to wholeness
We believe that our clients have strengths that may have been hidden or suppressed, underutilized, or even undiscovered in the quest for survival. We want to identify and incorporate those strengths in the process of therapy for outcomes that are as lifegiving as the client is unique
We are committed to doing right by my clients. Your safety, privacy, humanity, dignity, and best outcomes remain at the center of our thoughts, decisions and practices
Our goal is to empower you with partnership, insight, discovery, and tools that will build your strength, increase your understanding, and engage your capacity to thrive, grow, and live more fully as you experience more meaningful life
